Our youth ministry for 6th through 12th grade students, is hustling and bustling! We have youth active in many areas of church life: more than 60 acolytes who serve once a month during our services, a Scout troop with almost 70 kids who provide more than 500 hours of service annually, monthly youth and family volunteer opportunities, regular Youth Group meetings, and a Student Leadership Team that helps mentor and lead our younger kids in Youth Group.
Youth Ministry at St. Andrew’s has three main goals:
- Foster a fun, safe, and positive atmosphere where youth can grow closer to one another in Christ.
- Draw young people into responsible participation in our church, our community, and our world.
- Advance the total personal and spiritual growth of each young person.
We seek to empower young people – no matter where they are in their faith journeys – to find their voices, question their beliefs, and make connections so they may come to know for themselves what they stand for.
